Procurement
A major international consumer goods company onboarded every new supplier through a chain of forms and manual checks, handed back and forth between employees, procurement teams, vendors and financial controllers. The same information was entered and verified in several systems, and requestors rarely knew which step came next or what was still missing.
What was built
The pieces, and how they fit
All of it is configuration on a single instance.
An agent that knows where each request sits and what has to happen next
Python functions with declared input and output schemas, so the agent can call company, bank and document checks as tools
A store holding one entry per request, with a schema on the store so a half-finished request cannot be written in a shape the next step will not understand
Permissions granted per resource and scope: a supplier on their own request, a procurement lead across all of them
Approval-gated functions, so a controller signs off before anything irreversible is written downstream
Templates rendered and sent from the same instance, with e-signing reached through a connector
The result
Less manual data entry, more first-time-right submissions and a faster process with fewer errors. Testing showed a better experience and quicker handling for every participant in the workflow.
