1. Prohibited Infrastructure Activities
You may not use Sinas Managed Services to:
Execute cryptocurrency mining operations, automated network scanning, port probing, or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
Operate unauthorized open proxies, torrent trackers, or command-and-control (C2) servers for malware distribution.
Interfere with, disable, or overburden platform rate limits, load balancers, or underlying host nodes.
Attempt to break out of container sandboxes, bypass tenant isolation boundaries, or escalate privileges on host hypervisors.
2. Prohibited AI & Content Applications
You agree not to deploy AI agents or execute serverless workloads on Sinas designed to:
Generate, distribute, or store Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or non-consensual sexual content.
Facilitate illegal gambling, fraud, financial scams, or unauthorized access to third-party networks.
Enable automated high-risk decision-making systems prohibited under the EU AI Act (e.g., untargeted facial recognition scraping, social scoring, or biometric categorization).
Produce automated phishing campaigns, malware generation pipelines, or malicious spam at scale.
3. Resource & Rate Limits
Workloads must operate within the compute, memory, and API request bounds defined in your account plan.
Intentionally engineering infinite recursion loops or unbounded background tasks to artificially consume shared cluster resources is strictly prohibited.
4. Enforcement & Reporting
Suspension: Sinas reserves the right to immediately suspend or throttle accounts violating this policy to safeguard platform stability or mitigate immediate security risks.
Reporting Violations: Report suspected misuse or security vulnerabilities to support@sinas.co.
